The College focus on improved student learning, enhanced student engagement and wellbeing and successful transitions and pathways is managed through an Accountability Framework.
Ringwood Secondary College
The Accountability Framework:
- Plans for improvement via a four-year school strategic plan and an annual implementation plan
- Evaluates progress towards the improvement goals and targets via an internal school self-evaluation and an external school review
- Reports on progress in core school performance indicators and other achievements via an annual report to the school community
Annual Report
The Ringwood Secondary College Annual Report informs parents and the wider school community of the College’s successes, activities and achievements from the previous year.
This report also provides an opportunity to communicate and publicise the longer term directions for the College.
It is published each year highlighting the College progress towards key goals evident from the previous 12 months.
Annual Implementation Plan
The current Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) details Ringwood Secondary College’s main areas of strategic intent.
Annual implementation planning assists the College to:
- plan and communicate our work for the coming year and how this will lead to achieving the goals and targets in the College strategic plan
- ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources to complete the work
- monitor progress and success
